Service delay policy:
In the event of any delay in providing the service beyond the specified date due to unforeseen circumstances such as (technical malfunction, traffic accident, emergency situation for service providers)
we ask you to Understanding and the service will be provided within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you wish to change the appointment, you can contact us and we will work to coordinate the new appointment.
Postponing the appointment:
In the event of no response from the customer, the appointment will be postponed to a time convenient for both parties.
Handling complaints:
If the customer is not satisfied, please contact the complaints department via. WhatsApp only .
Laundry responsibilities:
The car wash is not responsible for non-removable stains, but we are committed to providing a complete cleaning service for the vehicle while making every effort to remove stains that can be removed.
The car wash is not responsible for any lost items inside the vehicle. Therefore, we ask you to ensure that the vehicle is empty and ready to provide the service with the highest quality and accuracy.
